But when it comes to gastronomy, this restaurant in Seville offers Andalusian cuisine with modern touches, whose main star guessed it, olive oil. Each dish is marinated in a different oil, and it comes with an explanation. Extraverde also has an ample wine list, you can ask Toni or Victor who are in charge, of how best to pair it with your meal.
